We live 300 miles away from the closest Sweetwater's every time we go down to see my daughter's we always stop and get a good supply of our favorite doughnuts which is all of them. Would love to see a Sweetwater's in Alpena I know it would do great up here because there's no competion for doughnut shops the last one was bud's doughnuts and he passed away over 20 years ago.

The staff is amazing. It is a tradition to take the grandkids there in the morning when they have a sleep over. They wouldn't miss it. Today a staff member gave my grandkids Lenny the leprechaun that they hide on Saint Patrick's day. They said that it was the best day ever! Thanks Sweetwater.

Cheap amazing donuts, coffee, and other treats. Staff is always very fast and friendly. Wish I had this experience at other food places.

The thing i love about this place is the quality of their doughnuts. You can tell that they really care about their product and customer's. Whenever i am in the area i have to stop here and grab a dozen or 2. The latest great intention was the "cannoli doughnut" which was awesome! Keep up the great work!

Took my husband in for the first time this morning, he was speechless ?. I have always brought him home some donuts. I absolutely love the donuts! Staff is very friendly, every single time I have stopped. I have never had a bad experience... I keep telling the staff they need to open up a store in the Niles, Michigan area. They would make a huge profit in that area.

We had an issue but Tregg helped to rectify it, he was very professional and kind. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Sweetwater's.

Had a great experience with sending my first guitar ever, a Les Paul, in for some tune ups. My guitar always comes back looking like brand new when I get it back. Love it, I now can see they do too. Good job you guys!

Simpsons donut, giant Apple Fritter, and so many more great items to try. I am not usually a carb or donut eater. However, when you go visit Kalamazoo Michigan you have got to try this place.
The donut choices were amazing so many to try, staff were helpful and friendly, and for as busy as the place gets service was excellent!!!
My personal favorite was a chocolate mint donut because it was delicious, unique, and made me wish I had another.

Best donuts ever!! I bought a dozen donuts for about 12.50 with taxes. So much cheaper than Dunkin donuts and so much better. My favorite donut is the peanut butter and jelly. A dozen of these high quality donuts would at minimum be 20 dollars in Chicago .
